Screen Printing
One of the oldest forms on printing that is still used today! Artwork is color separated and used to create a stencil on a high-tensioned mesh screen. Each color that is printed will have it’s own screen prepared. Screens are aligned on press and ink is sheared across the screen with a squeegee and deposited onto the garment leaving a quality, long lasting impression.
Embroidery
Turning a flat graphic into decorative raised stitches. A machine readable stitch file is created, garments are hooped and loaded onto a machine which uses needles and threads to sew designs on apparel. This works great for a high-end professional look on polos, quarter-zips, headwear, and more!
Vinyl Decals
Digitally printed onto high performance cast vinyl and cut into whatever shape is needed. These decals are an excellent choice for bumper stickers, warning labels, and window graphics. Our vinyl is dimensionally stable and designed to withstand severe weather and handling offering 5+ years of durability.
